The apartments are situated in the heart of the historical centre of La Spezia, in a prestigious building that faces the very central Via Del Prione, the famous down-town shopping area. They are also close by Pizza del Mercato, where every day a very traditional open-air market takes place. There you may find fresh vegetable and fruit, fish, meat and a few stands selling clothes.........

The Holiday House Spino Secco is positioned in the Lunigiana, one of the most charming and cleanest areas of the Northern Tuscany. This territory is famous for its castles and Medieval centres.

The antique village Casale di Pignone (SP) is situated between the green hills of the Vara Valley very close to the suggestive river of the same name. You arrive in the square with the parish church S. Martino; if you follow the village’s small streets and alleys you will arrive at a medieval bridge made of stone with two arches, and numerous centuries old buildings in stone with characteristic arches and coves. The holiday house “La Meridiana” is in one of these buildings.

From the veranda you can admire a charming landscape: the church of S. Pietro which seems to challenge the south-west wind and the weather, the island 'Palmaria' in alliance with this typical village, and the sea are responsible for this unique environment.

The apartments are located in a village of the Middle Ages (Castè), in the surroundings of the Park of the Cinque Terre. The six apartments are completely restructured, and furnished, using techniques of bio-architecture, and they are equipped with all comfort.

The “Holiday House” “La Casetta” is the perfect accommodation for those who would like to discover the town of La Spezia and its characteristic maritime villages as well as the marvelous territory of the “Cinque Terre”.

In the historic centre of Monterosso (pedestrian zone), in a renovated old house that overlooks the square tree is the characteristic flat "Paguro." The beach is 50 metres and the view that he enjoys from the terrace and from the balcony spans across the inlet of Monterosso.

The “Casa dei venti” is the result of a recent thorough renovation, and it is ready for its first season as holiday house, just as desired by the owners Laura and Elisa. It is a characteristic house for the region Liguria, in a small village with a few other houses on a hill of a height of 450 meters. The “Casa dei venti” offers a marvelous panorama which is unique among the villages of the Vara Valley, as you can see from every corner of the house the sea of the Poets’ Gulf as far as the horizon.
