AGRITURISMO "MONICA"

You will be welcomed in Monica's birth house, which has been recently restructured in order to host the guests in the best way. The company is surrounded by the silence and by green chestnut- and pine woods; various kinds of fruit grow on the territory of eleven hectares. Depending on the season this fruit can be harvested and tasted (plums, peaches, apples, pears, and numerous delicious kinds of cherries etc.).......

The farmhouse “MONICA” is situated in the hinterland of Monterosso, one of the villages of the “Cinque Terre”, in a distance of only 7 km from the state street Aurelia SS.1 which leads to La Spezia or to the motorway A.12 (the closest tollgate is in Brugnato) - crossing point towards all directions. You will be welcomed in Monica's birth house, which has been recently restructured in order to host the guests in the best way. The company is surrounded by the silence and by green chestnut- and pine woods; various kinds of fruit grow on the territory of eleven hectares. Depending on the season this fruit can be harvested and tasted (plums, peaches, apples, pears, and numerous delicious kinds of cherries etc.).

The farmhouse “MONICA” is the perfect whereabout for those who want to dive into an untouched nature, in a silent, familiar and during summer fresh district. Numerous trails, streets and paths allow one to organize excursions by foot, mountain bike, horse and car, and to reach without any problems all the villages of the “Cinque Terre” (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore) as well as the 'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri'.

Upon consultation and only for guests the kitchen prepares typical dishes of the local tradition, or indicates typical restaurants of the zone.

However, from here you will reach without any problems all the most beautiful villages of the east coast of the region Liguria (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, S.Terenzo, Portovenere etc. Levanto, Bonassola, Moneglia, Sestri Levante etc.). If you take the state street 'Aurelia' along the coast you will arrive as far as Portofino, and during your journey you will see a lot of villages which are worth to be visited.

With the highway, the art cities (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Genoa, etc. ..) are easily reachable within a few hours, in less than half an hour you will be in Versilia

How to arrive

Passing on the road that leads from La Spezia to Monterosso, after leaving the SS1 Aurelia loc. Pian di Barca, about 7 km on your right (if coming from Levanto, follow the signs to La Spezia and after Soviore Sanctuary, 3 km) you will find a junction with a road indication Albereto, imboccatela and after 1.5 km ca. down the road you will find us. (Follow signs). If you have any problems, call us and we will help.
