The apartment of this comfortable structure consists of: a dining room with chimney and sofa, kitchen and double-room with enough space for a third bed, and two more double-rooms with their own bathroom. The structure is located in the village's center, which means, that the guests will reach the sea, and the cliff in less than five minutes - from here they can enjoy the charming natural beauties which will make sure that they will never forget these holidays.
Following the various paths from Riomaggiore marked out by the 'CAI', high above the sea, and in the middle of the nature, you will reach all typical villages of the 'Cinque Terre' (Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso), and also other villages which are less famous but not less interesting. And don't forget, that you can also reach other famous resorts of the East coast. If you follow the coast street and the state street 'Aurelia' by car you can enjoy a fantastic view, and you can arrive as far as the Gulf of 'Tigullio', with the famous villages of Santa Margherita and Portofino.
The second structure is located in the middle of hills at “Saldino” di Veppo (municipality of Rocchetta Vara), and it is surrounded by 10 hectares of land. A part of this land is reserved for cultivating mixed cereals with exclusively biological methods (which means without fungicides, and with the help of natural dung). Remarkable the harvesting of fruit (plums, apples and pears), and of undergrowth products (bilberries, strawberries, roses, and elder) which are used by Franca for preparing jam which is served for breakfast or used for baking various pies and cakes. This completely restructured farm-house consists of 4 rooms (double-, triple- and quadruple-rooms)
If requested by the guests, they can spend a part of their holidays on the sea and a part in the mountains, considering that at Riomaggiore is available only the overnight stay whereas at Saldino are also offered half- and full-board. The traditional kitchen is typical for the zone - for the delicious dishes' preparation are used almost exclusively products deriving from the company's cultivations like maize, wheat, potatos and various vegetables. The menu offers bread prepared in the wood oven, herb pies, sausages of pork and court animals (hens, turkeys, rabbits and goats) which are cooked paying attention to the local traditions.
