Luciana is the landlady's name of this comfortable B&B. A beautiful house, nice rooms, and the hospitable family Destri-Cozzani. This B & B is not only interesting because it can be reached within 10 minutes by car from the park of the “Cinque Terre”. It is located in a green valley called “Valgraveglia” in the municipality of Riccò del Golfo (La Spezia).

Its ubication (low Vara Valley), allows the guests to reach the Eastern coast's beautiful villages (Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, La Spezia, Portovenere etc.) within a few minutes by car. As an alternative you can also take one of the numerous trains which connect the railway station of La Spezia with the villages of the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza, and Monterosso). In this way, especially during summer, you can avoid the parking problem (in the center the municipality has constructed two big car parks with a shuttle-bus service).
Moreover, you can also discover the green hinterland with its small charming villages full of history, and culture. The zone's inhabitants are simple, and proud of their own roots, and traditions. Here you can still enjoy for dinner or lunch the zone's specialities in one of the small inns.
We could write about the villages' history, and culture a lot of pages, but this is not the aim of this short description (we do not want to steal your time); we have the intention to convince you about the advantages of the B & B “Il Ghiro e il Ghiretto” which will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday in a beautiful, silent, and comfortable atmosphere. Here the guests are immediately FRIENDS.

From La Spezia you have to follow the street SS 1 towards Beverino; after the Foce - 3 Km. - Leaving the motorway A12 at the tollgate of Brugnato, you have to follow the SS 1 Aurelia towards Beverino; you arrive after 4 km in front of the petrol station 'IP', turn left, and you are arrived.
